Letters were sent out under Mighty Mutts name to Spike TV, Telemundo Cable and apparently a number of other media related companies disparaging Rescue Ink and its members. We learned of this recently and want to make clear we do not disparage other groups. If we are able to determine who is misusing our name, we will pursue legal action.
